1. Licensed, not sold
ScrollFold is distributed through the Apple App Store. In addition to these product terms, your license is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement and applicable App Store usage rules. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control.
2. Free allowance and lifetime unlock
The free version includes 1 complete watermark-free export. After that, a non-consumable in-app purchase can unlock full export functionality on currently supported platforms. The price, taxes, currency, Family Sharing status, and availability shown by the App Store at purchase time apply.
3. Payment, restoration, and refunds
Apple processes payments. When using the same Apple Account, you can use Restore Purchases in the app to verify your entitlement again. Apple and applicable law determine refund eligibility and outcomes. To request a refund, visit Apple's refund support page.
4. Your content and responsibilities
You retain your rights to selected screenshots and exported results. You are responsible for having the right to process, store, and share that content and for reviewing seams, page order, privacy redactions, and final files before export. Do not use ScrollFold to infringe copyright, privacy, or other legal rights.
5. Prohibited conduct
Except where applicable law expressly permits it, you may not copy, resell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, bypass purchase verification, interfere with the app, or use it for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or destructive activity.
6. Features and availability
Stitching and capture results may vary with the device, operating system, image content, and scrolling behavior of the source app. We continue to improve ScrollFold, but cannot guarantee a perfect automatic result for every screenshot sequence, window, website, or third-party app. Seam review and manual adjustment help you verify content before export.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ScrollFold is provided as is. We are not responsible for indirect losses caused by failure to review an export, loss of source files, third-party platform changes, device failure, or improper sharing of sensitive content. Nothing here excludes consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Updates, termination, and contact
We may update the app and these terms for security, compatibility, functionality, or compliance. A serious breach may terminate your license under Apple's standard license.
